1. Estimating Services

DRTX Estimating, operated by DRTX Facility Maintenance, LLC ("DRTX," "we," "us"), provides remote construction estimating, quantity takeoff, and bid-proposal preparation services to contractors nationwide. We are an independent estimating service and are not a party to any construction contract, bid, or agreement between you and your clients.

2. Accuracy & ±10% Guarantee

Our estimates are prepared from the plans, specifications, scopes of work, and information you provide. We target an accuracy of within ±10% of true scope when complete and legible documents are supplied. Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost — not guarantees of final project cost. Market price fluctuations, incomplete or ambiguous documents, site conditions, addenda, and scope changes can affect actual costs.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide complete, legible plans, specifications, and scope information.
• Review every deliverable for accuracy before relying on it or submitting a bid.
• Verify quantities, pricing, and assumptions against current local market conditions.
• Confirm that the scope estimated matches the scope you intend to bid or build.

4. Branding

When you supply your company logo and contact information, we will include them on your deliverables. You represent that you own or are authorized to use any logo or marks you provide, and you are solely responsible for the content presented to your clients under your brand.

5. Payment & Invoicing

After we review your request, a QuickBooks invoice is issued for the estimating service fee. Deliverables are released upon payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Retainer plans are billed monthly; unused estimates do not roll over unless stated in your plan. Fees are for estimating services rendered and are non-refundable once a deliverable has been provided.

6. Turnaround

We respond to submissions within approximately one business day and work toward your stated bid deadline. Turnaround times depend on project size, complexity, and the completeness of submitted documents, and are not guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your plans, pricing, and project information as confidential and use them only to prepare your requested deliverables.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRTX's total liability arising from any deliverable is limited to the fee paid for that deliverable. DRTX is not liable for lost profits, lost bids, consequential, or indirect damages. You assume full responsibility for any bid, proposal, or contract you submit or enter into.
